If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item

Once approved, we will arrange courier collection at no cost to you. You may choose a replacement or a full refund.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, defective items may be returned within 6 months of purchase.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
• The customer is responsible for the return courier cost

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds for Credit Card and EFT payments may take between 3–13 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

4. International Orders

At this stage, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
